Below is Dr. Peter J Glidden list of the 12 Bad Foods, to eliminate from your diet:


1. Wheat: Not Even Gluten Free 100% Organic Whole Grains

2. Barley

3. Rye

4. Oats

Wheat, Barley, Rye, and Oats contain a protein called gluten which is very difficult to digest. As the gluten passed from the stomach to the small intestines it damages the small intestines (Villi destruction), resulting in poor absorption of nutrients leading to chronic diseases. The more whole grains that are consumed, the more likely one is to suffer from inflammation / chronic disease.

5. Oil in a bottle: All oil in a bottle, which includes Olive Oil, Canola Oil, Corn Oil, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, etc. Oil oxidizes with the air in the bottle within minutes of heating. When an oxidized substance is introduced into the body, the damage is done to the cells, similar to how steel rusts with oxidation. In addition, to the list, no mayonnaise on salad dressing, use salt and lemon juice instead.

6. Fried Food: When food is fried, a chemical, Acrylamide, is formed which is carcinogenic. In addition, Dr. Joel Wallach indicated that even inhaling the fumes from fried foods has the same effect, as secondhand smoke with tobacco.

7. Red meat cooked well done: When the meat has grill marks from the grill, some of the proteins in the meat are transformed into a chemical called Heterocyclic Amines (HCA). Heterocyclic Amines are carcinogenic and pro-inflammatory.

8. Meat that has nitrates: E.g., in Deli meat, tell your butcher that you are allergic to nitrates so that they can make special preparation for you.

9. Skins of baked potatoes, yams, or sweet potatoes (Acrylamine a carcinogen is formed). If the potatoes are boiled, the skin can be eaten.

10. Carbonated beverage with a meal: This includes Champagne, Beer, and Carbonated Water, it neutralizes stomach acid and impedes digestion.

11. CORN: Only eat if it is NON-GMO and not sprayed with pesticides.
